Role: Investment Associate
Location: Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid)

We’ve been the first institutional backers for the likes of FintechOS, Veridion, Splx, Ampeco, and Colossyan among many others, and our investments have been followed by the leaders in venture capital including Founders Fund, Index Ventures, and Lakestar.
We’re looking for a highly energetic individual to help us deploy our new €70m fund and double down on our conviction in the strength of the Romanian startup ecosystem. This isn't a "back-office analyst" gig. This is a front-line, high-stakes role for someone who wants to own the Romanian ecosystem.
Are You the One?
- The Tech Native: You don't just "understand" tech; you dissect it. If you have an engineering background or a technical skillset, you’re already ahead of the pack.
- The Operator’s Mindset: You’re a self-starter who treats every deal like it’s your own money. You take ownership, move at venture speed, and deliver with precision.
- The Connected Professional: You navigate a boardroom as easily as a Discord server. You are fluent in English and even more fluent in the language of ambition.
- The Pedigree: Whether you’ve been building a startup, or invested from VC/PE/angel, you’ve already proven you can play in the big leagues.

- Scout the Unseen: Find the founders who are currently building in stealth before they become household names.
- Unconventional Sourcing: Step away from databases and desktop work. Deep-dive into tech communities and unconventional channels to find the outliers.
- Intellectual Rigor: Conduct due diligence that goes layers deeper than the pitch deck. You’ll be debating vision with industry titans and validating the future of tech.
